Kay McArdle is a full-time REALTOR®  working with both buyers and sellers of residential homes and investment properties in the greater Toledo metropolitan area. She is particularly interested in green technologies in new and retrofitted homes and in the new urbanism concepts and lifestyle focus increasingly seen in new residential developments.

A native of the Toledo area and area booster, Kay knows the neighborhood, educational and cultural landscape of the area well. She is a graduate of Beloit College and has worked in business and real estate for over 15 years.
